Winning the 2017 Honda Pony Derby this afternoon was a dream come true for 12-year-old Olivia Newsom. Riding her seven-year-old pony, Moonspirit Treasure, Olivia rode two foot-perfect clear rounds, with a jump-off time of 49.38 seconds to take the win. “It’s a one in a million win, I expected her to go well, but I didn’t think she’d win,” said a thrilled Olivia after being presented with her prizes, including a brand new Honda motorbike!
